What’s the difference between Nutritional Therapy and Biokinesiology?

Nutritional Therapy focuses on diet and lifestyle changes based on your health goals and symptoms. Biokinesiology uses muscle testing to identify hidden stressors like food sensitivities, toxins or emotional blocks. Many clients benefit from both.

Can I do sessions online?

Yes! All Nutritional Therapy and coaching sessions are available online via video call. Biokinesiology is in-person only due to the nature of the testing.

What kinds of issues do you help with?

Low energy, poor digestion, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, stress, anxiety, and creating sustainable routines — among many others.

How do I know which service is right for me?

Do you work with kids or men too?

Yes — while I mainly support women, I also work with children and men through Biokinesiology. Family-focused health support is welcome.
